ReplyDeleteThanks Carrie!
DeleteSome great photos amongst that lot, Matteo. Looks like the place is being overrun by Pale-vented Bush-hens.

ReplyDeleteThanks Roy, they are quite bold at the moment!
DeleteGreat photos as always. Loved the owl, ducklings, spider and kingfisher in particular.
ReplyDeleteThank you Christian, today there were four ducklings left, it's a tough life out there.
DeleteHi Matteo. Good to see you are keeping your blog active. Was walking my dog in the reserve on the northern side of the creek this morning, 22 Oct and observed a Pacific Baza foraging. I got quite close but poor light and vegetation resulted in really bad quality photos on my phone. Thinking I may return with my 400mm Canon tomorrow. I may get lucky and also spot your Powerful Owl. Graham
ReplyDeleteHi Graham, nice to know the Pacific Baza visits the place, I haven't see them in a long time. I'm glad you're enjoying the blog and the Reserve!
